Booking Notes
- Booking is confirmed after payment completion.
- Please enter information carefully as changes may be difficult after confirmation.
- Each product may have minimum/maximum participant limits.
- Itinerary may change depending on local conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Guide
Cancellation and refund of travel products follow the regulations below.
Cancellation Before Departure
- Up to 30 days before departure: Full refund
- Up to 20 days before departure: Refund after 10% deduction
- Up to 10 days before departure: Refund after 20% deduction
- Up to 7 days before departure: Refund after 30% deduction
- Up to 1 day before departure: Refund after 50% deduction
- On departure day: No refund (100% charged)
Refund Processing
- Credit card: Card approval cancelled within 3-5 days
- Processing fees may apply for refunds

- Passport: Passport valid for at least 6 months (for international travel)
