  • Itinerary may change depending on local conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Guide

Cancellation and refund of travel products follow the regulations below.

Cancellation Before Departure

  • Up to 30 days before departure: Full refund
  • Up to 20 days before departure: Refund after 10% deduction
  • Up to 10 days before departure: Refund after 20% deduction
  • Up to 7 days before departure: Refund after 30% deduction
  • Up to 1 day before departure: Refund after 50% deduction
  • On departure day: No refund (100% charged)

Refund Processing

  • Credit card: Card approval cancelled within 3-5 days
  • Processing fees may apply for refunds

  • Passport: Passport valid for at least 6 months (for international travel)
